3. SMS / Text Message Program

Altura operates a two-part mobile messaging program through our chat widget: (i) customer-care messages related to active inquiries, and (ii) promotional messages about our acquisition activity and firm updates. You may consent to either category independently; consent to one is not consent to the other.

How you opt in

You provide your mobile number to Altura through our chat widget on alturacapitalre.com and voluntarily select one or both consent checkboxes before any SMS is sent. Each checkbox represents a separate, independent opt-in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will not receive more messages than are reasonably necessary to support the category of consent you provided.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only in the following circumstances:
